Client to be delivered to not available? That's simply a lie.

I received an SMS saying the package was on route to delivery. When I tracked it (after waiting all day), I was told the driver wasn't able to deliver as I was not available. This was a lie. The same thing happened next day. I couldn't get a response from them on phone or email (or from the supplier, Wantitall).
