Can't trust this courier company, delivers to other person's home after hours

Ok, so the last 3 packages that I ordered from Takealot was "delivered" with Fast and Furious Couriers. All 3 of these deliveries were done in December. This is how it went:

1. Parcel was delivered after hours at a work colleague's house. My work colleague works for AVON and gets a lot of packages during the month so she knows the courier services personally. This is just a coincidence that it is a work colleague of mine so technically they delivered my products after hours at some random person's house that the drivers know.

2. A week later, Fast & Furious couldn't get all their packages delivered in the normal trading hours of Mon-Fri (08h00-17h00) and I receive a whatsapp message from my work colleague on a Friday evening at 19h00 that F&F is at her house with my Takealot parcels and if it is okay that they deliver it at her home... It was a lot of parcels, very heavy as well, so now I had to burden my work colleague with all my products cause F&F couldn't deliver my items on time. This is very unprofessional.

3. Takealot lets me know that my package is at the courier facility on the 28th of December. I receive a SMS on the 31st that my package will be delivered on that day before the 17h00 (also the same day that was the estimated day of delivery). I was at home for the major part of the day, nobody came to deliver my Takealot parcel. Two days later I follow up with Takealot, for 24hours they can't find my parcel. I message my work colleague that knows the drivers of F&F and I contact one of the drivers personally as nobody answers the F&F support line which I called 3 times. The driver said he was at the delivery address on the 31st and he called (I received no calls and the address that he gave on the phone was different than the one provided) so he drove off. The last few days and this morning I have been in contact with the driver and he can't give me a day when this will be delivered (the package is now a work week late and was fairly urgent). I don't even know what the condition of the package is in and if he will be delivering it to my work address in working hours or randomly at some drop off point or work colleague's home.
