Can not keep there promises

I contacted the coertier as my repesentive confirm my parcel will be del to me on the 02/02/2016 I contacted the coerier company *** and Aneliquoa confirm my invoice 130858 did not go out but will be del to me on the 03/02/2016 I explain to her the reason why I want my parcel is that i am going in for a operation. I contacted the coerier company again on the 03/02/2016 at 08H00 and it was confirm my parcel went out (Ntombi) phone me even back to confirm the parcel will be del by 13h30 i went on lunch and when i return the parcel was still not been del and to my sup rice lebo Mokoena confirm *** the parcel did not went out and because of this they do have a back logg.<br> <br> i found the service unacceptable after i confirm i will be in hospital. I am working in JHB and ask them to del at my work add and living in Pretoria i insitt that this parcel will be del to my door tonight i dont care what time that will be as a promise were made to me<br> <br> In the mean time I lost all my customer as i promise them since yesterday they will receive there goods
