Call center and delivery

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service. My mother received an sms in connection with her AVON package on 30/10/2018 around 08H40. The sms said to expect delivery within 24 hours. We waited past the said 24 hours and decided to call the call center to ask when we can expect delivery, but none of the provided telephone numbers would ring. I searched for another number op Google and phoned, but it kept on ringing all 3 times I tried. At 11H10 31/10/2018 still no delivery of the package and no phones are being answered. My mother has other commitments and doesn't have all day to wait for this package. This is an inconvenience to many people, other than my mother.
