Pathetic service. I have no idea why Takealot decided to use this company as one of their 3rd party couriers! They are absolutely pathetic. I bought a TV through Takealot and was expecting delivery on Wednesday, according to Takealot's tracking. I made special arrangements to be there and was waiting the whole day, but nothing! Eventually contacted Takealot who escalated this, but still nothing. Phoned Takealot again, so they gave me the courier details. Tried to phone the couriers, but no answer.
So no delivery on scheduled day, and no communication. Ridiculous! Apparently spending R18,000 is not enough to guarantee an on time delivery.

I have tracked your order and have escalated the non delivery to our Cape Town Branch Manager who assures me it will be delivered today. I have attempted to call you on order to update you on the delivery, but unfortunately my call was unsuccessful.
I have taken the liberty to call Charmaine and update her on the complaint. I will keep in contact with the delivery branch until such time as it has been confirmed as delivered.
