Beyond useless

It is unfathomable to me that big companies like Reebok are willing to ruin their reputations by using a courier company like Fast and Furious. I have been unable to track my order since 9am on Monday morning when I had communication from Reebok with the tracking number. The fnf tracker does not work, none of the 3 phone numbers on their website work, they don't respond to emails or even to complaints on their website. The order should have arrived within 3-4 days, but after getting Reebok to follow up, Fast and Furious has decided to make me wait until next week. If you are in a hurry, do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this company. There are so many excellent couriers in SA, why on earth are companies like Reebok resorting to this?
