Beyond pathetic service

Beyond pathetic service. On Tuesday I received a message stating that my Homechoice order was speedily being delivered by fast and furious. On Tuesday I called and was told it was on route from Cape Town and would be delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday I called and was told they don't know how far away the courier was from the warehouse. On Thursday I was told that if my parcels arrived at the warehouse in time, they would be delivered on Friday. Today is Friday. After lots of running around, we get told that they have been at the warehouse since Wednesday, we arranged with Homechoice for my husband to collect the parcels from fast and furious directly. After 3 hours if searching, they found 1 parcel, they are still looking for the second parcel. This courier company is unreliable and extremely unorganized.
