Bad service to subcontractor

I had a bad experience with this company as an owner driver subcontracting. I had issues related to my delivery payment by the company as well as how joining fee was being debited and hoped for an explanation Failure to resolve my queries my contract was ended and with that done we would be refunded our joining fee. Three months has passed and our affiliation fee is still outstanding. We tried engaging them after they promised to contact us on this platform but to our surprise two weeks is ending no confirmation as to when the joining fee will be paid
