BAD SERVICE- FAST & FURIOUS COURIER

They recieved my parcel from my point of purchase which was dispatched to them on the 5th of May and they confirmed on the 19th of May to me that they recieved the parcel and they mentioned they will deliver it by the 21st of May. Because I had not received it by the 25th of May I called them to no avail and sent an email which they requested my tracking number AGAIN which I had provided on the 19th of May. I provided with today the 26th of May , I tried calling them and still to no avail , i called the company where I purchased the parcel an agent mentioned that the parcel is being returned back to them because I was not available when the courier arrived to deliver the parcel. Which is a shock to me becaus nobody called me to mentioned this nor did they send an email to state that I was unavailable as a result they are sending the parcel back. The agent also mentioned the parcel willtake 3-4 weeksto get back to them which is certainly an inconvenience. I have sent emails and nobody is responding nor picking calls. Purchasing something is because I NEEDED whatever I purchased this type of service os UNPROFESSIONAL! I need ny parcel back to me asap because I am the one in an disadvantage here because the company I bought from can not refund until they recieve the parcel back. UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST!WORST SERVICE EVER!
