Bad Service Don’t Ever Use This Courier

The service offered by this courier is bad, I’ve been waiting for my parcel for over 10days now, they promised to deliver it on 2 occasions before 5pm but even today I still don’t have it. It was returned back to the warehouse with no valid reason, when I call they say they are coming with no show, I don’t know if they’re driver’s don’t do their job or the whole company is a **** on its own. My kids were supposed to wear the clothes in the parcel on Christmas Day but these people just don’t care . Please assist.
