BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I seel avon and they deliver via fast and furious couirers, they need to deliver the parcel within 72 hours. I phone their call centre 72 hours later and the tell me that the driver has too many boxes and won't be able to deliver as agreed. thye tell me that it's not their problem that the parcel cannot be delivered on time.
