bad service

i am not happy with fast and furious service, last time they delivered my order at wrong address and on 20 December 2019 they also delivered my parcel at wrong address and they never bothered to call me to notify me of my order.today 30 December 2019 they called me and promised to deliver my order at work now i just called to check how far are they with my delivery as i am about to knockoff.they say they cant deliver as promised .this courier service is not professional and they don t take their customers serious.my number ***
