Bad Service

I would like to express my greatest disappointed and unhappiness to the service of Fast Furious Couriers .

On Monday The Company and the Driver Busani was suppose to deliver my parcel. I waited till today Friday the 9:15 after several attempts of calls to Fast and Furious I have made more than 2 long calls on 1 of them even connected to the driver who told me that his car was broken and he wanted to fix his car and how is that my problem course I don't get involved in their cars there is suppose to be alternative . The attitude is bad and poor and I don't recommend this company to anyone I can't be loosing money while they making money out of us .

Busani : he will do the job at any cost now I am suprised that because now all his problems becomes ours as Customers . Fast Furious need to check their services and business model and attitude and people they work with . R950 that I lost in my business because of this that includes airtime R100
