Bad Service

I have been trying to get my package for over two months now. It was delivered to some random person in another province. I spoke to someone high up after days of trying to get a response who ensured me that they would fix the mistake and send it to my correct address. Weeks later, I am absolutely appauled by the disgusting service of your courier. I got a phone call from someone at Fast and Furious today, 14 July 2020, advising that my package was delivered to someone called Sbongiseni Zondi and after speaking with this so called security guard, I was informed that my parcel was at the wrong complex across from the country club by the boom and if I could go to this complex and pick up my parcel. I got in my car and drove around asking every complex in my area if they had my parcel to realise that SBONGISENI was the exact same person in PORT ELIZABETH who they mistakenly delivered my package to in the first place. It is still sitting in PE, no one has bothered to fix the mistake. Am i expected to drive to PE from Johannesburg to collect my parcel?!
