Bad Service

I have never had problems with my Takealot deliveries. Always on time. Now I'm still waiting for delivery via Fast and Furious Couriers. Even Takealot Call centre is shocked. Delivey should have been Wednesday. They are still trying to sort out the item at the Branch in Joburg. No feedback, no sms, no email appologies. I have to keep phoning???
