bad service

I gave a star but they actually deserve half a star or nothing. This is the most useless courier company I have ever worked with. they are useless and ***********. I have been waiting for my delivery since the 03/08/2023, I spoke to many agents, supervisor Angelique who just doesn't care and the Manage Adele is never at the office.
