Bad service

Just off the phone with Jonathon, had to listen to Thepo next to him shouting on the client she spoke to, I could hardly hear myself. Such bad service! Driving around with my parcel today for the third day? Manager is either busy on another call, also a complain? or not in the office or in a meeting. Do they have a manager, don't think so. Promise not materialized! Fast and furious, your service sucks!!!
