Bad service

Bad service ordered clothes from edgars and they handed my parcel to fast n furious it’s been more than 2 weeks when I track my parcel is just sitting on their depot when I call them they do not assist me I am disappointed in Edgars such a reputed company using a bad courier like fast n furious they should just change it because they will lose customers because of them
