Bad delivery time frames

I have on numerous occasions informed TAKEALOT of my problem with delivery time frame through FAST AND FURIOUS COURIER SERVICE. They have always delivered late!! This time I ordered and followed up with them everyday. On Tuesday the delivery was on its way. Thursday they made a note to deliver on Friday. Today, Friday I phoned again and after a long wait was informed that they service our area on Thursdays but they are now loading for today, Friday. This makes no sense. My parcel has been lying at East london branch for 3 days now. They might deliver it tonight after 6 or maybe tomorrow...... This is unacceptable.
