BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

If you thin of using this courier, please change your mind. I ordered books, they send me a reply with delivery date, then they left the package and never loaded it, when I began looking for it, no one knew where is was. Finaly they found it after the delivery date, phoned them twice, both times they promised me a call back. Then when I went on their website, the tracking only says collected, scan in etc with absolute no name of a place where this was done. If you phone the 086 nr on the system, some guy only says 0 8 6 1, then nothing more. How is it possible that a company like this can still be in business.........
