Appalling service

Ordered two Parcels through Homechoice and Fast and Furious only delivered one of the two parcels since placing an order end of April 2020. I have called and emailed both HomeChoice and FnF and have been sent from pillar-to-post regarding my order. According to HomeChoice, Fast and Furious received my parcel for delivery 16 May2020. Today is the 17th of June20 and still nothing!!
