Appaling service and USELESS service provider

I spoke to Thembi after sending 20 thousand emails following up on my order; she said I will receive a call at 13:00pm today to find out when im getting my order.

Appaling service is rendered by this courier company; I am not sure why the online service does not use better companies like DHL; TNT. This company is useless
