Angry does not cover it

I ordered a gift for someone on the 6th of November, today the 15th November I still have not received the package. The courier has phoned and said he is trying to deliver the package in Baberton when the address states Brakpan. I phoned the courier and was told that unfortunately they can not change the address when it is not even in the same province.

Customer service in this county has gone to hell!!!!!!
