Amazing and exceptional service: Happy Mohoje

I had the pleasure of dealing with an exceptional agent by the name of Happy Mohoje. There was a mix-up with my package and this gentle brother kept me updated with the progress and put the biggest smile on my face not only because he went all out for me to get my package but the amount of respect he showed me from the 1st time we spoke. The level of urgency and tenacity he showed is really admirable, NEVER have I felt so important and for an order that was less than R200.

He is a gem and I hope FnF realizes this otherwise other companies (like the 1 I work for) would snatch him in a heart beat.
