Absolutely useless

It is really a pity you cant rate them 0, that's how bad their service is. I have called them every day for 7 working days, and been told the same thing, that my order is out for delivery, and every day no delivery received. I have asked on several occassions to go through to the branch manager at the Cape Town depot, and the phone is never answered. I have also held on for 10, 15 & 20 minutes on three seperate occassions for the Cape Town branch, I am yet to speak to anyone there. I have dealt with numerous call centre staff and all they do is check the delivery details and say it is out on delivery for that day. I wouldn't even rate this as bad service, there is just no service.
