Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking!!! We got a notificarion that our package will bedelivered within 3-5 days. After 1 hour we receive a call that our package is outside. We were not at home at that moment. We asked the driver to wait 5 min as we were on our way, he rep**** and said no, but he will throw our package over the fence on our lawn where we have 3 dogs roaming around and put put the phone off in my wife's ear.
