Absolute ******* Company

Ordered craft beer from other terrible ******* company (One Day Only Offers). Received delivery status update on friday evening 14 June that beer would arrive within 48 hours (already two weeks late) and needless to say the beer hasn't arrived yet. Its been longer than 48 hours. Beer was supposed to arrive on time for a birthday celebration. So even if it does arrive, there's no purpose to it any longer. Very sad. Extremely unprofessional and callously uncaring. How do fong kong companies like these stay in business?
