A bit slow

I waited a while (2 weeks) since courier collected parcel at supplier, to arrive. And then it was dropped at our local co-op and not at our given adress. Though I do understand our location is remote, maybe they could subcontract with other couriers who visit our area more frequently to deliver parcels at a faster rate. Package was not damaged and in perfect condition, so they take really good care of parcels, so that is a huge plus.
