I am receiving the worst service ever! My parcel was shipped on the 13th July till to date, I haven't received it but the website keep updating that it was delivered and I’m unavailable yet there was no one who got in contact with me! Phoned the company yesterday and was told my parcel will be delivered on the same day 20th July but I still don’t have the parcel.
