Service non-delivery

I have honestly had the most ********** experience with this company , I am so exhausted from calling them everyday nonstop regarding my package. I place an order 24/06/2022 , they say they take 5-7 working days to deliver. Today is 21/07/2022 and o still haven’t received my package , I’ve been calling them asking them what’s going on , the person I’ve been talking to ignores me on some days and reply’s on other days. I went as far as asking for a full refund as clearly they have no intention of delivering my items. I call them on a daily in hopes that they will just get back to me regarding my order. This has been the worst experience for me because I paid a lot of money and they still think it’s okay to just ignore me. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase anything from FashionNever.
