Fashionnever on Instagram

On the 22nd November 2019, I’ve placed and order for a dress at Fashionnever operating on Instagram. I have not received the dress and when I make follow ups the lady will tell me that she will send the dress. And on the 29 January 2020 they’ve asked for my bank details and promised to refund on Friday, 31 January 2020. I have not received my money and they are not responding to the messages I’ve send.
