PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

I placed an order on the 5th July 2022, when I did a followup as to when I can expect delivery, this was on 13th July. I was told that my parcel has not been depatched and is till at the warehouse. I was furious but because my son so desperately wanted to wear it for the 16th July for a family wedding , I accepted that its being despatched and waited as i was promised that I will get delivery on Monday being the 18th July. when I messaged them on the 18th , they tell me its a public holiday, surely they would have known that when they made empty promises to me. The person on the other end sounds like a very rude someone. I was then promised the 19th which is today , and we have reached the end of the day and no delivery yet. I have all the communication and wish to post it on social media. All they can ****** do is apologise for their incompetency's. And now they ignoring my messages. I need my parcel and also should be compensated for the inconvenience caused by this unprofessional company. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC SERVICE.
