Exchange Not Fulfilled by Fashion Crib SA Despite Numerous Follow-Ups

On 24/12/2024, I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers (Size 6) from Fashion Crib SA (https://fashioncrib.co.za/home/) as a Christmas gift for my daughter. After delivery, I realized I had selected the wrong size. Following the company's return procedure, I promptly arranged an exchange for the correct size (Size 7). The delivery company collected the incorrect size and confirmed the replacement would be delivered.

However, after several weeks, I have still not received the replacement item. Despite numerous attempts to reach Fashion Crib SA via phone, email, and WhatsApp, I have received no responses, and my calls go unanswered.

I am deeply disappointed by this lack of communication and the prolonged delay. Fashion Crib SA appears to still be operational online, yet they are unresponsive regarding my pending exchange.

I request immediate fulfillment of my order with the correct item (Nike sneakers, Size 7) or a full refund.
