I really had the most terrible experience at Fashion world Phola Mall.Around April I did a laybe unfortunately I lost my job so I wanted to cancel the laybe and take at least 2 items out of it because I couldn't afford it anymore.The staff member told me it was not possible to do do I must wait for it to expire.Last of last week I went there and they told me it hasn't expired I must come back last week Monday,so I couldn't I went in there today.When I got there they still said it's not out of the system I must come back after few days I'm really disappointed because I needed those clothes.What's worse I'm using a taxi to get there so I must go back again for the fourth time.Their customer service is really poor I must say!
