Worse Service Fashion World

Hi, I had a horrible bad service on the 18 October 2020 when I returned a garment at Fashion World at Westgate Mall.

On Sat 17th I bought a ***y corset that I doubted it will fit me because it look like its XS.I ask the cashier if it does stretch enough for person wearing medium size since we cannot fit at the shop and cannot fit white garments either?I was told yes it will fit because it's size large.

I took the garment back on Sun for an exchange of something else since the was no extra large and also the bodysuit I bought.The sizes at fashionworld are not as per label, bodysuit size medium it actually size small, so I had to exchange for large or extra large.

I was told that there's no exchange for corset, I should have read the terms and read on slip that is actually giving to customer after purchase.How would I have known that there's no exchange allowed with corsets? When I ask him why the cashier failed to inform me about the terms to buy at my own risk, he couldn't answer me instead I was told to get a buyer and sell it myself.

The manager Mahommed Seedat , was rude, sarcastic and clueless about TCF kept on taking with his cellphone.I had to call for him twice to know what must I do with the garment and that I am not requesting moneyback since sales garment are not to be refunded.He told me he was going to be fired and his wife buys him clothes so he does not know the feeling of buying something with your last money because his wife buys clothes for him.

I hope he burns in hell for the treatment he gave me.
