Very very bad service in vanderbijlpark at fashion world store!

I was at fashion world in vanderbijlpark, the service it's very very very bad, poor they are all ***********! I think was looking for a blue trouser they took 1hour before i was helped!

Worse part the own or it is the manager i don't know, he doesn't know how to talk to the customers because i was asking the staff member when i will be assist because i waited 1 hour and it was not only me we where 8 looking for the nurse's trouser.

So i asked the staff lady why don't they put the trousers on the shelves then that lady said they put those trousers only in January then i asked why? I was very nice when i asked that lady those questions but to my surprise before the lady answered that old guy i don't know if he is the owner or the manager answered me.

He answered me with a very very very disgusting attitude and he was also aggressive he said it's not my shop why do i ask many questions and i must get out of his shop! I told him that i know it is not my business and shop but as an customer i want to understand because i have waited for 1 hour to get help.

Then he said he doesn't care then i must get out of his shop. I was so hurt because i wanted to buy that trouser and we were 8 looking for those nurses trouser.

I told him that Indian guy that it is not a good manner to talk to customers like that or to talk to me in front of other customers but he kept on shouting and saying it is not my business and he doesn't care! What i say i must just get out with a loud loud very loud voice! I'm so hurt i was not expecting that especially from a Indian person!
