VERY BAD SERVICE FROM FASHION WORLD

My name is Modiba MM and I ordered clothes online from Fashion World. My order number is 9049.My order was delivered but it was incomplete. I wrote an Email to them and their complaints department responded. She told me that they will make sure that they will deliver my poloneck. I am so disappointed at the bad service they are giving me. It seems like now they are ignoring me. Why not refund my money because I trusted them and now they are disappointing me. I will never buy from them again. I am so angry
