Unprofessional & Rude

Today I was at Fashion World in Bellville at the Middestad Mall. As we were approaching the tills, the lady named Thandokazi made bad remarks about us. She said, “Abasa phole.” I got to her till, and then I tried to make money transfers because I didn’t have enough funds in my account. She was so irritated. She went to the bathroom without even notifying us that she would be back quickly. That lady has no professionalism, especially for someone who works in a shop. Thandokazi has no respect for customers. Thanks to Asiphe, who then assisted us to pay. Such a friendly lady. Keep up the good work, Asiphe. God will bless you abundantly.
