Unhappy customer ☹️

The store manager at fashion world Vereeniging was very disrespectful to me,I had the layby in mid May and I pain the full amount on the 2nd of June,so I found out that one of the jacket I bought does not fit me that well,so I returned it to the store today,I was told that they only return only after 14days,and truly I was not aware of that,but the way I was approached by the manager was not the appropriate way of dealing with the customers,I really need to return that jacket,I am so really hurt.
