Terrible Service

Good day I places an order with Fashion World on the 29th of September but it has still not been delivered. I wrote an email to support to cancel the order and refund me, I am still awaiting even acknowledgment of the email. This service is TERRIBLE and completely unreliable. Please stop taking on orders you have no intention of fulfilling, its soooo frustrating.
