terrible service

I went to Fashion World today 29/05/2015 time was 17h40 the door was closed bt not locked so I entered within a second a lady who works there came to me saying they are close with a very bad attitude when I showed her the trading hours which was from 9am-18pm she didn't give a damn bt let me out the way I was so angry I couldn't argue with her even though I knew her doings was totally wrong&unacceptable I was so dissapointed worse its monthed &they close before time this is worst service I have experienced in my life seriously they don't care about clients and proper service Its disgusting!! Training is needed I did not see the name of the lady bt I still remember her structure.
