shop does not have a return policy

I bought sandals two months ago when the zip broke.Their policy and of the other shops is supposed to be within three monts an exchange for faulty goods.THe manager was tried to be very rude while the sales ladies spoke to one another of HE is still in the ***HUIS AND ADDRESSED ONE ANOTHER AS MY BRO. The storemanager phoned the areamanager cause its seemed he did not know what their return policy is .I used to be a regular customer which supportyed them with hundreds rands of sales every month.This happened twice to me.
