Selling dirty goods

I went to Fashion World in East Rand Mall to buy a white leather jacket, I found one but it had stains on the one arm, i showed it to the Cashier who said she would wipe it out, then she came back and gave me a much dirty jacket and told me that there is nothing that they could do as they do not offer any discount to customer and that's the order from management. She offered to give me R10 off for that jacket.<br> i am truly disgusted by this service and will tell everyone about this as they don't have customer service at ALL.
