Rude security guard

I visited the store in pietermaritzburg, church street, as i was heading inside the store i triggered the alarm so instead of calling me one side to see what was the problem, i was humiliated in front of customers that was leaving and entering the store thinking i was a *****, the guards talked to me and looked at me as if i was a *****, never have i felt so embarrassed in my life, so another staff member told me it probably triggered the alarm because of tablets that i had in my bag but why treat me so bad. This staff member also told me that the guards are very rude. I will never visit that store again!!!!! Rudeness from the lady guard was unbelievable.
