Rude Manager at Fashion World Lydenburg

I bought a dress from fashion world Lydenburg in Mpumalanga, my husband were not happy with the slit on the front of the dress when I tried in on to show him the dress. I never wore the dress but unfortunately I lost my slip however the dress still had the price tag and everything on it. I went back to the store and asked then if I could exchange the dress for something else as I knew I would not get a refund due to the fact that I did not have a slip. I explained to the Manager in charge and he was very rude to me saying that fashion world does not exchange things without a slip. I told him that I'll just take something else I don't want the money back he refused to assist me. I then told him that I will then just leave the dress there because what's the use of taking the dress and I will not be able to wear it. The manager sweared at me saying that I am talking nonsense with him. I got so angry I decided to leave the dress on the counter and left the shop. I will however never set my feet into any fashion world ever again because they do not have customer service.
