refuse to exchange laybe

<p> Im very disapointed in a manner wich employee of fashion world store in KZN Escourt 157 Albert Street handled my situation. On the 30/05/17 i was going to understand if on their back of their till slip on terms and condition they did write that they dont exchange laybye, i laybye clothes from their store invoice number 17801. My laybye was due on the 31/07/17 but i went before that to take out my laybye. when i get home i found out that the night gow its to small. it was on the 28/06/17. Then i went to their store this morning on the 03/07/17 to ask them to exchange the gow that i bought. when i get in the store i approach one of the male staff member to explain the situation to him, he just told me that they dont exchange laybye then i ask him why then he told me that the is no need to ask him why cause they wont take my story he was very rude. Now am stuck with the night gown that i wont be able to wear it beacuse its to small i dont know what to do now. Fashion World Store</p>
