Poor service

On Monday i went to Ladysmith fashion world wanted to exchange a Tshirt for shoes and skirt

They said they do not have that Tshirt on their stock and i must come back tomorrow their warehouse is closed,

I was so upset i left that Tshirt on their counter

How can you open shops but warehouse that is assisting is closed

I'm very disappointed
