Online Service vs Brick and Mortar

Greetings, I would like to write to acknowledge the exceptional service from the Fashion World online store Quality Manager, Ms RAEESA. I will take you on a journey come with me, So I went to the Fashion world brick and mortar store at the Groove Mall in Pretoria. I saw a few items that I really liked- I decided to try them on so, I jumped into the fitting room and just as i suspected they were a hit. I looked good and Felt good, So I was ready to go to the till and pay however, upon exiting the fitting room I saw one of the customers trying on a light green double breast jacket looking in the mirror and wandering how it looks on her , I said to myself how could I have missed that number, then I went back to the floor and looked for the item in my size and I couldn't find it. So I opted for a different colour Grey, although I really wanted the light green colour, When I got to the till I explained my situation and the lady who tried calling a few stores (Menlyn mall and Mamelodi mall to check for the item for me, both stores have not received stock and didn't have it) . So I went home and the next day I called different ones, looking for the item Kwagga, Centurion, PTA CBD, Tshwane etc and non different ones had it in stock. So I felt like giving up after so many people that I talked to, taking my number and promising for someone to call me, eventually I was put through to a lady , it happened to be Ms Raeesa on the other line, I explained my situation to her , and Instantly I noticed something different, she first apologised that I had to go through so many layers and non of them worked to try alternatives methods to assist me in obtaining the item. She explained that her work is based online however she will try her best to source out the jacket for me in the light green color in my size and have it delivered at a store near me where I could pick it up provided she finds the jacket. That is a different sound I was really happy to hear that I immediately become satisfied with the service and the usefulness that she rendered to me that at that point should she not have found the jacket the service that she offered me would have still convert me as a customer to the Judys Pride brand and Fashion world outlet in general. I really don't know what she had to go through to assist in getting the item for me , but she kept me updated through out the process and within 2 to 3 days I received a call from her again telling me that she found the item and it is already at the store near me which is the Groove mall and the store manager is expecting me to collect when I have time. Man, I was pleased to hear that and I received the call around 16h30ish to 17h00 I was at the store by 18:00ish and with the item in my hands. Thanks for Ms Raeesa for the exceptional service and redeeming the brand in my view. I love love the items in the store, they speak to me as a woman, they are affordable, modest and really making a woman feel confident and comfortable without breaking the bank.
