Fashion world - refund policy

I wish to utter my disappointment with the service I've received from Fashion World, Golden Acre, CBD.

I went to exchange an item that was bought on 22 December 2023. I wanted to return the item on 27 December 2023. The item had it's original tag on and I had the slip. I was told that they do not exchange items if there was already another exchange done for another item on the same slip. Where is proof of this policy as I have checked your website, there is no mention of this. They refused to give my money back. I was told to take other items of the same value. At 1st they refused to help me at all but then opted for this choice. This is unacceptable.
