On the 18th November, I wanted to buy clothes and shoes for my kids. My dismay, the security guard at the door said my 9 year old daughter could not enter as she was holding a cool drink. I entered many times that same store with a cool drink no staff said otherwise and I really wanted a gladiator at your store. Imagine letting my daughter stand outside of the store alone Anything could happen to her. Than why would be said Sorry for your loss. I was extremely upset. I always buy at your store but turning away a few customers is nothing. As we weren't the only ones. I took pics of the doors and windows as no sign was posted that you cannot be allowed in with a cool drink. No sign at all only a sign that says no trolleys allowed. I went to a neighboring store and got a gladiator for R39.99 and the kids Christmas clothes and shoes. So I was really upset cos the first time that I couldn't buy all your store but I thank your security for not Allowing my daughter we never would have entered the neighboring store and found clothes and shoes for half the prices.
